Good evening everyone

i have recently applied for an OLE operative at Doncaster. I have been a warehouse manager for the last 18 years but really want to do this. I know safety is critical and i have done a lot of work with health and safety over the years and was hoping this would stand me in good stead.

Does anyone have any other tips or advice if i am lucky enough to get an interview?
Also is there the opportunity te earn a bit more money with weekends or overtime.
