Drove past it on the way back from Petworth house - did the usual Googling on my return home and it seems like a nice place.

We had a look at this last Spring when we were on holiday based at the Royal George Hotel in Bognor Regis and we had gone out to Petworth to visit the very large National Trust property at Petworth House for the first time. It certainly looks very well kept and definitely a place with a difference to stay at whilst using it as a base to tour the West Sussex area.

Oh dear, bit poshe...shame :-/ For a slightly more down to earth experience, anyone tried "Sleeperzzz", some former NSE mkII comps next to Rogart station on the far north line? Stayed there when I cycled up there in '04, when it was only a tenner (now its £15 *shock horror* (!)), they offer a 10% discount if you arrive by train or bike. Really nice
