It's a plant for making the concrete tunnel lining segments for Crossrail...
Has the 'Factory' been demolished to make room for it....? Last time I was there (a while ago now) the fuelling shed was just starting to be taken down, it sounds daft I know but I felt quite sad seeing it in this state, the place was bussling when I was a secondman there in the 80s.
