Old Oak Common Virtual Tour

In September 2017 and March 2018 I was fortunate enough to photograph GWR's iconic Old Oak Common and create a virtual tour. With the depot sadly penciled in for closure at the end of the year. I made contact just after the open day with the proposal of shooting a tour and the depot team were really enthusiastic to capture the depot for historical reference.

The tour was shot over 5 days on two separate visits and is made up of 100 high resolution panoramas shot on DSLR cameras. The tour includes information points, photos and video, whilst S
sound recordings were made at each location for a truly atmospheric and interactive experience.

I know what you mean! I remember squeezing through the fence in 1991 and asking if I could look around, got the usual 'Yeah, just don't say I said so!'
