I'm looking for historical access charges charged by Getlink to passenger trains (i.e. Eurostar) going through the Channel Tunnel. I'm aware that Getlink have published PDFs titled "Fixed Link Usage Annual Statement" for 2022-24 on this link (https://www.getlinkgroup.com/en/our-group/eurotunnel/eurotunnel-railway-network/) with charges per passenger in annex 3. I've also found similar documents for 2019-21 but have been unable to find any going further back.
Was wondering whether anyone knows a page with the archived statements or happens to have downloaded them as they were published? Ideally I'd be interested in knowing these charges going back to 2009 so any help would be appreciated!
