Old (70s/80s) Western Region reporting numbers

Please could some-one let me know what train up from the West COuntry carried the number 1A45 in June 1975.

Also, please let me know the reporting number of the 11.30 a.m Paddongton - Penzance for May 1980. I photographed 50014 on the last loco-hauled CRL in that month. 50014 was carrying the steam engine headboard for the train. I did not record the day of this event only 'May 1980.
