Okehampton NR Services?

What is happening with the Exeter to Okehampton National Rail service becoming a regular service? I was under the assumption that over year ago they stated that the service would begin operated by FGW.

What is happening to it? Is it still a Sunday Rover service?

Still summer Sundays only.

BARS managed to get a freight license, but the passenger services (and platform on the branch at Yeoford) haven't made progress for a while.
