Description: Train services at York are being disrupted due to a fatality.

All services are at a stand.

There is currently no estimate for a normal service to resume

O right, i got the (surprised) impression that it was actually in the station itself, as NRES didn't put anything like "To the south/north of York", or "near to York station".

TPE/Virgin (Leeds services) could divert via Harrogate, but everything else is pretty much stuffed. Not good for all those commuters.

No they don't sign it, and capacity is extremely limited between Poppleton and Knaresborough due to the single line.

TPE have been known to divert via Harrogate before. It happened last year when there was a bridge strike at Micklefield.
