Volunteers are being sought to help keep railway stations in order - and could get some free office space in return.
National Express East Coast, which runs passenger services in Lincolnshire, is inviting nominations from individuals or groups willing to 'adopt' Grantham, Newark Northgate or Retford stations.
Anna Heathcote, head of stations at the company, said: "Adopting a station could involve helping to maintain a clean environment, keeping an eye out for anything untoward, or providing feedback to ensure that we meet customers' high standards.
"In return, the chosen community group or individual would be offered a number of benefits, including the use of spare office space."
