Hi, I've applied for both of the above positions as an operative and was wondering which one is the better career move? Also , having always worked lots of O/T which one would provide the most extra hours/ shifts. Thanks

I think we will need a lot more information about the roles you have applied for. For example, what kind of job have you applied for within S&T: new works, maintenance, faulting...... And what kind of Off-track role?
