Off Peak Return CrossCountry evening peak

I am going to use an Off-Peak Return to travel from Birmingham to Manchester.

Does the evening peak period prevent me from using my ticket then or does this apply to only Off-Peak Day Returns?

The restriction for this ticket indicates that travel may be made on any train after 0930 Monday-Fridays; any train weekends and bank holidays. There is no mention of other restrictions.

Also, there is no Off Peak Day Return for Birmingham to Manchester (or vice versa). The only other standard class walk up return available is an Anytime Return, which has no restrictions.
