off peak return, break of journey (BOJ) both ways?

Is a BOJ possible both ways on an off peak return Abergavenny to Caersws breaking in Shrewsbury both ways? Thanks.

The restriction that applies to this ticket is a 8A which reads:

Restriction Code: 8A

Applicable days: Any day

Outward Travel
No time restriction.

Break of journey is not permitted except to change trains at an intermediate station or to access station facilities.

Return Travel
No time restriction.

So a break of journey is only permitted on the return portion not the outward portion.
