Off Peak after 04.29

Hello, am I right in thinking that this ticket:

Is valid pretty much whenever? Or does it mean that it is valid from 04.29 as far as Sheffield when a peak ticket would be required?

OUTWARD and RETURN journey(MONDAY to FRIDAY only)

By any train except those scheduled to depart before 0430

The other bit about via Luton doesn't apply, as you can't travel via Luton anyway, so this part can be ignored:

If travel is to/from or via Luton, Luton Airport Parkway or London restriction codes CI & CJ also apply.
