What a fantastic piece of writing! My goodness, I enjoyed reading this so much. Something in your voice on the page reminds me of Alan Bennett. It may be the combination of warmth, wistfulness, humour and quirky observations. Thank you so much for further brightening what has already been an excellent day in my world!
