Morning all,

Was planning to book tickets for NYMR on Thursday 18th but just realised thats a strike day.

Are the trains from Whitby to Grosmont affected by the strike ?

I read somewhere that they had to run buses on this section one of the strikes in past.

Just want to check before booking online

Saturday 13th looks to have ran fine

Might not risk it and do NYMR on the Friday and just drive down to York on the Thursday from where we are staying

Hi, sorry trip was cancelled! My wee boy ended up with chicken pox so I cancelled the nymr tickets!

I managed to get a voucher for full value to use again another time
