NXEC WebTIS Railcard minimum fares issue?

If you enter a journey into WebTIS during the period when the railcard minimum fares apply, it would appear it is applying the minimum fare incorrectly, as for a 16-25 railcard it reports a single costing less than £5 without a railcard as costing £12, when surely it should just be a ticket with no discount applied.
As an example, try Milton Keynes Central to Bletchley, costing £2.90 without a railcard for an Anytime Day Single - it will show as £12 before 10am if you have a railcard.
Am I right in thinking this is a mistake by them?

I get both options...

In the box on the left it shows the Anytime Day Single at the Railcard discounted fare, which before 10:00 shows as £12.00 and then after 10:00 shows as £1.90, it is listed in the box as "£1.90 to £12.

In the middle box it shows the Anytime Day Single at the non-Railcard discounted fare. This is at £2.90 on all services and is listed as such in the box.

In the box on the right it shows the First Anytime Day Single which isn't eligible for Railcard discounts and thus shows as £3.80 on all services and is listed as such in the box.

I spotted that, but surely it would be logical to have the railcard discounted fare showing "£1.90 to £2.90" rather than "£1.90 to £12" as somebody who isn't that familiar with the fares scheme or isn't paying attention could choose the £12 fare by mistake.
It's highly unlikely, as most people would double check when they saw £12 for a ticket, and I assume few people would buy a ticket for such a short journey online, but it is possible.
