when the managers and HR decide, do they look at everything that each candidate has done so far, for instance the application form, test scores, structured interview and the managers interview for a final score? or is it purely based on the final interview.
if you have been unsuccessful for the final interview, do you have to go through the complete process again in the future?
The Operations Managers are involved from the beginning. It was them who sifted the applications and looked at the test that was supplied.
Then HR did the tests and the Managers then looked at the results and took the "cream" from there forward to interviews.
Everybody who got through to the interview stage did really well to get that far.
After the interviews, the Managers scored them, according to what behaviours we want to see, and those that we don't.
The highest scores were then put in order and the decision was made with HR on which candidates to offer positions to and at which location.
