NWR formal offer but no contract

Hi,
Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
I got a formal job offer from NWR on 27th March. It said I had the job and asked for employment history and basic disclosure form. I’m still yet to receive my contract or any other information, is this normal?

Sorry forgot to put I filled the forms in 2weeks ago. But still no contract
