v05.09

An update to v01.09 which:

* Updates various parts to scenery including passing train and stock models.
* Added extra high detailed OHLE route file options.
* Separate downloads for the OpenBVE version to allow improved glow techniques and some object animation such as flashing signals.
* Adds additional diagrams.

when will bi-directional workings be made?

There are already some that require you to change ends, the Blackbrook shuttles being the most obvious.

Out and back diagrams are very time consuming to make, as the route has to effectively be re-coded in reverse, and objects remade.
