I am travelling from Nuneaton to Kilburn High Road on Wednesday and have have a 2 part return that says Nuneaton to London Terminals. I also have (strangely perhaps?) a Day Travelcard between London Marylebone and R12 Zones. Will this get me to my destination - I dont really understand! Also which line do I need out of Euston to geto Kilburn - is it easy to find please?

Yes, the Z1-2 travelcard will get you from Euston to Kilburn High Road.
Kilburn High Road isn't on the Underground but served by trains operated by London Overground from Euston (the station you arrive into). Just look on the departure boards for trains stopping at Kilburn High Road, or ask staff at Euston.

Yes this will get you to your destination.
The Nuneaton to London Terminals 2 Part Return will allow you to travel the journey you wish between Nuneaton and London Euston and then London Euston to Nuneaton.
The Day Travelcard for Zones 1 and 2 (the station it is issued from is irrelevant) is then valid for unlimited travel on trains and tubes within said zones, it also allows unlimited travel on London Buses in all zones.

Finally it is very easy to get between Euston and Kilburn High Road, you exit the Virgin Trains/London Midland platform you enter in on and then make your way to the middle platforms 8-11 which is where the local trains to Kilburn operate from. They are approximately every 20 minutes.

The train from Euston-Kilburn High Rd will be a London Overground service terminating a Watford Jn.
Just as an aside, for this journey, it is sometimes quicker to change at Watford Jn, ad get the London Overground service from there. It may be worth either asking or checking the journey planners if this is the case. Your ticket will be valid to do this.
