Nuneaton remodelling

Hi,

I am aware of the new flyover that was installed at Nuneaton a while ago now and i thought that was the end of the work. However i have just heard somewhere about a stage 2, what will this invlove? Does anyone have the West Coast upgrade document as i can't seem to find it anymore?
