Passenger:
Virgin: 390s and 221s - Principally 390s
London Midland: 350s on Trent Valley services, a single 153 shuttling back and forth on Coventry - Nuneaton services.
Crosscountry: 170s running between Birmingham, Leicester and Stansted Airport.

Freight:
DB Schenker: 66s and 92s are the main fodder
Freightliner: 66s, 70s, 86s and 90s mainly on, as the company name would suggest, Freightliner container traffic.
GB Railfreight: Container trains from Hams Hall, powered by 66s.

On a typical monday-saturday daytime you'll get five pendos, one 221 and one 350 in each direction, as well as two XC 170s and one 153 coming in and going out again. Basically all the action is on platforms 3 and 4 for VT, 1, 2 and 5 for LM and 6/7 for XC.

You all forgot the 4 x 3 car 325 ;) I've seen that a few times running in the past few weeks.

They actually tend to run in 3x4 car formations not 4x3 formations. They run through the Trent Valley in the evening and at late night.
Hope this helps, Sam

FLHH aggragates traffic also goes through Nuneaton... Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week I've been working 6M40 empties, relieving it at Oxford and taking it to Stud Farm via Brum, Nuneaton, Wigston etc. Usually runs at least two or three days a week, sometimes five, due through Nuneaton between 16.00 and 17.00 ;)
