National rail enquiries are currently reporting an issue between Richmond and Stratford.

Fair enough, ‘A problem with the electric third rail’ not the same as Track circuit failure though is it but clicking on their link takes you to a page explaining track circuit failure. Would have expected them to get it right

A problem with the electric third rail at South Acton has resulted in disruption to trains running between Richmond and Stratford. Trains are currently unable to run between Richmond and Willesden Junction and may be cancelled or revised.
This is expected to continue until the end of service.
