Nottingham - London Return: Half term

I'm looking for this please

Nottingham - London Saturday 24th October arriving before 08.00 (connecting onto the 0832 E*)

and

London- Nottingham Tuesday 27th October departing after 1400 (connection off the 1328 E* arrival from Gare du Nord)

1 adult 1 child
Family & Friends Railcard

I dont mind routes (either MML or ECML or any reasonable)
Looking for 1st & 2nd Class please

Still cant get to grips with splitting

Nottingham to London Intl is £39.20 for the adult ticket and £11.30 for the child ticket, return, valid on any train but on weekdays outward portion is valid into London after 1005, as your outward is a Saturday that isn't an issue here. (If you were travelling outward on a weekday it would not be much more - only £8.10 more for both of you!)

I doubt you will get better AP tickets than that, but if you do want AP you need to get CIV tickets and allow at least the minimum connectional time (32 minutes is not enough).

This is £50.50 for return tickets for both of you from Nottingham to London Intl (CIV). Don't buy singles. They are £49.65 each way.

The ticket is a Euro High Saver Return.

I can't find the connectional allowance for Eurostar but I believe it's the connectional allowance PLUS at least 30 mins check in time. I know it may sound extreme but it may be best to allow the best part of an hour. At least on the way back you can get any train without worrying. There are good facilities at St Pancras too!

Ring up Eurostar on 01233 617913 to buy your CIV AP tickets. These guarantee onward travel at no extra cost should your train be delayed, I've got a CIV AP single in November for £12 with no railcard. Seat61.com recommend allowing 50 mins between arrival at STP and your E* departure, however E* telesales will ensure you get booked on the correct train. Grantham to London International is cheaper than Nottingham to London International and can be bought online from raileasy.co.uk but that is slightly more expensive than E* telesales, I have no idea why raileasy.co.uk do not sell nottingham-london international.

I don't see why not, I booked mine with Deutsche Bahn. In anycase, the E* clerk didn't ask me about my E* ticket at all, not even the booking reference
