Staff are absolutely fine as long as you don't try and get off the platform which a London train has just arrived in at the same time as the passengers because the shift on the barriers may of changed since you entered!

Yes - staff are fine = though I much prefer Ipswich station - Norwich is 90's, 153's, 156's and 170's.

Plus the 47 train sometimes run!
