Northfield / Longbridge PlusBus

I'm fairly sure I bought a ticket from Worcester to Northfield or Longbridge about a year or two ago and I was able to add PlusBus. But when I asked recently, the staff member at Worcester said PlusBus wasn't available for Northfield / Longbrige stations.

Can somebody please confirm either way if this ticket is still available or not?

Also, regarding PlusBus in general, is there any website where I can buy PlusBus tickets along with my rail tickets, or would I also have to go into the station in person to buy them?

Many websites will sell you a PlusBus ticket in conjunction with a ticket to an appropriate rail station.

PlusBus Longbridge is available if you buy a ticket to/from Longbridge, and is valid for bus and tram travel across the entire West Midlands Combined Authority area, provided your origin/destination is outside the area. This is effectively the same ticket as a Birmingham PlusBus, just with a different name.

You should be able to buy a PlusBus ticket online from most major retailers. They can alternatively be bought from the ticket office, at certain TVMs or from certain guards.

Next time you go to the station in Worcester ask them to input K486 as the destination and see what comes up.
