Northern vs TPE

Which are the pros and cons for working for either of these tocs ?

I should imagine TPE is rather repetitive whereas Northern having a bigger variety of routes might be less tedious. Less station stops at TPE so less chance of station overruns or failing to call. Depending what depot you’re looking at it might be worth finding out if Sunday’s are included or excluded for both, earliest start times, latest finish times, night shifts etc.
