I found a Freedom of Information request for Northern unit diagrams for the June 2024 timetable. The pdf can be downloaded from this link.

This might interest anyone looking for class 323 and 331 allocations. From a quick look it seems Liverpool EMU diagrams are now more self-contained so 3 and 4 car 331s should stay on the same routes.
