Just had an email inviting me to an assessment day & interview next week. After many appplications and years of trying, its one tiny little foot in the door. So I am chuffed, though obviously taking nothing for granted. A long way to go in the process.

Time to read many of the different threads and prepare. Any advice on recent attendees would be appreciated.
