£20,882 per annum rising to £46,158 per annum (once training period is complete after 3 years)

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on providing great customer service. Youll be responsible for ensuring our customers reach their destination in a safe manner and on time.
We expect you to be customer focused in everything you do, so that we provide a fantastic experience for people travelling with us. Even when things may not be running so smoothly you need to ensure customers are kept informed throughout their journey and it is your excellent communication skills that will help us to make a difference.
About you:
As well as being technically minded with a systematic approach to everything you do, youll also have:
· great attention to detail
· the ability to carefully follow rules and procedures
· strong decision-making skills
Our trains operate 7 days a week across a whole range of different hours early morning and right into the night. So if your lifestyle enables you to work flexible shifts on an average of 35 hours per week this could work for you.
When you start the role you will be supported with our bespoke 9-12 month training programme. Providing a blend of both classroom and location learning, well equip you with the skills you need to deliver a high level of service to our customers.
This is a safety critical role.
