No, March 9th, everything happened pretty quick and I've passed the medical and I am just waiting for the contract to arrive.

Did they only interview people who already had test passes ? Have heard it but not sure if it was true. I haven't done any tests yet but still not had a no from them since I applied in December

I got a rejection 2 days after applying on the 17th December! Think it was because I live just a little bit too far away.

My mate got the same for darlington this afternoon.

If they had allready been filled/didnt make it past the sift, wouldn't it say you are unsuccessful ....
whats the generic email from northern if you dont make it past the sift ?

The people applying for Sheffield got the same email so it's probably not game over, I suspect they had places they needed to fill quickly and so interviewed people who has already passed the tests. I suspect the GDPR makes transferring all the applicants personal data over to a new organisation problematic and would require specific consent from all the applicants, and it is easier just to start again.

Hi guys I’ve not had any email, only one 2 weeks ago saying that it was taking longer to process. I applied for Sheffield at the end of January. I can still login to the website and it just says application in process. Maybe there’s one coming this afternoon some time

if it is the case, to apply again, thats the way it is and we will have to give it another shot.

Looks like I'm not receiving emails which is concerning but mine is now also marked "end of process". Seems like a big coincidence that Northern contact everybody a day after this is posted!

I havent got this email i applied for workington a week after darlingtons closed. My freind got the darlington email same as everyone esle seems to be getting . On the portal still says in progress. Last email i had was the allow 2 weeks email last week.

I received my Northern Privilege and ID card today and need to travel to Leeds on monday for the first day of training, does anyone know if I can use this on TPE services?

When did you guys apply? Passed everything for Leeds Depot at the back end of January and currently awaiting a medical/start date. Just trying to get my head around how they're setting out the courses etc. Stuck in the "pool" limbo at the moment but chomping at the bit to get started!

I applied in December, was interviewed in January and was offered a position in January. I think as I had passed the psychometrics and had a short notice period was an advantage in being offered a course quickly.

Is your course still running with all the corona latest and how long are you in Leeds for and are you put up in a hotel. I’ve got a start date but still uncertain if it’s going ahead?
