You provide an example of what they're asking... Basic application really.

You might think its hassle but I guarantee that you wont get an interview unless you bother.

it doesn't take long to put together an answer once you've thought of a good example. it'll be worth doing, and keep a copy for future applications so you don't have to start from scratch again.
