Northern services via Stockton Cut Junction

Just a quick question, I was looking on the Northern network map and saw that there is a limited service between Eaglescliffe and Stockton via what I'm fairly sure is called Stockton Cut Junction. This route is used by all Grand Central services to/from Sunderland. From old threads I can see that Northern used to operate a Sundays only Hartlepool to Darlington service, which AFAIK was a required parliamentary service by Arriva Rail North. However, next week on Realtime Trains I can't seem to find any services that use the route, aside from a singular ECS service between Hartlepool and Darlington in the evening. Was the passenger service halted recently, possibly due to DfT takeover of Northern, or am I missing something?

They all ran yesterday, although they are shown as cancelled next Sunday.

That explains things. Interestingly the RRB for the NT parliamentary service is paralleled by Grand Central RRBs operating the same route every few hours. That may cause some confusion
