Good evening all, apologies if i have missed a very recent topic covering this issue but cant seem to find much on the subject.
I am looking for some basic info regarding interviews for fitters/mechanics within TMD's operated by northern/arriva. It has been over 10 years since i have had a formal interview so i would like to prepare for subjects i may encounter as best as i can.
I have found a few counts from previous applicants with various scenarios, some have suggested driver like sifts, others have said more along the lines of a scripted intereview followed by a basic cometency test.
