Good afternoon all, I trust you are all keeping well.
I'm hoping some if not all of you may be able to assist in answering a few questions that I have regarding the recruitment process for Northern. I have previously passed paper sift, and interview and sadly failed at psychometrics. I'm due my interview with Northern again soon and should I pass then I was hoping to give myself a headstart with the psychometrics given I now know what to expect.
My question is, are there any free resources that any of you are aware of that can assist me in further practicing, I'm aware of the group bourdon test already on this site which I found invaluable and would recommend anyone in the same boat, but was hoping there may be different resources online too like the phonebook counting test?
I was also wondering how the MMI works in that, do you find out that day as to whether you've passed or are you pit against others and it's best candidate wins via paper marking?
Any help or advice anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated it.
