Few moves around over the last few days.
Heaton has gained a couple of Cummings engined 158s from NL and some 156s from NH.
Neville hill now has the bulk of the 150/2s and has lost 11 153s to NH (good riddance)

Interesting about the loss of 153s from Neville Hill. Does anyone know what has happened to the services that were formed of a 150/158 and a 153 coupled together?

Also, as a bit of speculation, I wonder whether the addition 150s at Neville Hill will be used on the half hourly Hallam line stopper that was planned for the December timetable change, though this plan might have been shelved due to COVID.

153/158 combos can be found on Clitheroe - Rochdale mainly aswell as the odd 150/153 or 156/153 combos

153+158 also booked for the diagram that includes 0856 and 1253 Skipton-Morecambes

Looks like the 153 moves are so they are only used when coupled to a PRM compliant unit.
As Northern are currently using around 6 non PRM pacers and 18 153 with the present reduced timetable how they will manage if they have to run a full timetable I know not.
Perhaps a further dispension to use them beyond 31 Dec is on the cards.

I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see such a thing happening with the 153s at the least.
