No medical date yet no. Assuming it's the same email as you got banksy? I assume it'll be based on scores and interview for medicals.

Congrats Banksy / Potato, fingers crossed I'll be getting similar news soon.

Sat mine yesterday, think it went ok but you can never be sure!

Thanks Scudz, i was happy that i passed but then the worries of being talent pooled with no gurantee of a place isnt great. Its only a small depot where i live and there's 5 of us in our pool. Time wil tell and my fingers are crossed for all of our futures!
Some conductors dont know how lucky they are!

My last email from Tom Green said 'sorry its not the news you wanted but we will recruit from the pool next time' whenever that is!
I still think myself lucky i passed that scaat, there was 1 fail out of 8 of us

This is the email I got which seems a bit more promising:

"I am pleased to tell you that you have successfully passed this stage. You are now an 'on hold' candidate, which means you have passed the assessments and are ready to be put on to a conductor training course."

Anyway, I hope everyone gets the positions they want soon!

That makes two of us ... think we were in the same assessment session :)

Another waiting game before start dates but delighted to get this far!!

Might see some of you before too long at training.

I was at the very end, to the assessor's right hand side as she was looking out from the desk. How about yourself?

The application process is good as a test of patience if nothing else at this stage haha.

The guy who'd recently passed some of the tests with FTPE?

Either way, congrats mate - never know might see you soon again in training!

Out of interest, did you find out your results? I know they don't give exact details but found out I did better than I thought on at least one of the tests!

Yeah that was me :)

I never found out any results besides passing the standards. How did you get hold of yours?

Well done to all, should be hearing about medicals soon then and then its just waiting for a date. After the medicals things tend to go quite quickly and its not unheard of to get a call on Friday saying "can you start on Monday" as one guy on our course did. He knocked them back as he needed to give notice so had to wait for the next course. I got about 18 days notice to start so it really moves quickly.
