Northern Rail train drivers Course

Anyone know when the next Northern Rail train drivers course is in area east or how often they come about?

Cheers mate,

Only asking as I have just heard that two conductors from Skipton have been recruited as drivers and I'm on hold for a conductor post there, do the conductor courses run at the same time?

Chris.....did you apply at the end of last month/beginning of this? My application went in then and I've had confirmation that I passed the visual comparison test but nothing since! :(

No let this be a lesson in how patient you have to be for this job!

I applied in November 2012, that job got pulled but I later got invited for interview in march this year, then assessments took place in April, medical in July and I'm finally due to start in October!

Overall 11 months for one job!
