Hi guys, just got a letter through that says 'intent to prosecute'. I don't read this section of the forum much so I guess I want your advice.
So a week last Sunday I boarded an early morning service at Adwick, which I travelled on no problems to Doncaster, where I stopped for breakfast at the pumpkin before moving on to a Sheffield stopper, this is where I had a problem. I saw the guard coming and realised I had lost my ticket, so I made a silly decision and went to hide in the toilet but he saw me and followed me in. Because I was facing the wrong way I didn't realise he was behind me until my trousers were around my knees.
Anyway as I turned to sit down he got an eyeful so he opened the door and dashed out the toilet where there was an old lady stood waiting, she got very angry and started hitting my with her handbag.
Anyway long story short when I finished in the loo(seeing the guard stood there was quite a surprise so it sped things up a bit) I was issued with a penalty fare and the old lady asked for BTP to meet me at the next station but the guard told her he'd deal with it. What should I do?
I took the guards name if it helps, he was called Alf O'Proil.
