At football grounds I've seen entrance gates flashing amber when a concession ticket and needs a steward to double check, is this similar technology? There's only limited information available on old style tickets would it only be qr code tickets that can pick this up? More interested if there stopping and checking every ticket with a pass or random checks like Sainsbury's when you do scan as you shop. Could cause massive ques if every pass has to be checked but can understand if things are that bad that they have to.
