Northern Rail Interview

i have recently applied for a role at Northern.

The email simply states it will be just a competency based interview then if successful I’ll be invited to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Could anyone give me an idea what to expect and what’s involved in the 2nd part of the recruitment proccess would it be a medical etc?
