Just had an email today saying that I’ve passed the benchmark for the apprenticeship but due to other applicants scoring higher I’m in the reserve list. To say I’m gutted is a understatement.
So I’m just wondering if it’s a yearly thing northern do taking apprentices on?
It was for newton heath depot and when I had my second interview with the depot manager and team leader I was down to the last 11 from 400 applicants and they was after 4 at there depot.
Can anybody shed any light on this. Even tho I’m out of the apprenticeship age category Its a career im really wanting to get into.
