1> Does anybody know what happened to 18:18 Piccadilly-Hadfield service tonight according to Realtime Trains there was an issue with train crew but seems odd terminating it at Guide Bridge unless one of the train crew went off sick

2> Is there a reason why tonights 18:00 Hadfield-Piccadilly took 55 minutes to get from Hattersley-Godley

Out of interest what happens in this instance, I'm guess Northern have to send a spare/replacement driver up to cover the service

It appears that it was actually the driver on the 18:00 ex-Hadfield who was taken ill (hence the 55' delay). Presumably the 18:18 ex-Picc was cancelled beyond Guide Bridge as a result (with one already 'trapped' at Dinting).
