Just a quick question. What are the official 4 things in Northern's "Mission statement" Been searching for a while and keep getting different versions of it. Thanks for any help...

Do you mean this -

Keep it simple.
Get the basics right.
Work as one team.
Give great service.

To provide a railway the North can be proud of.

Perhaps the management should take some of their own advice on board when it comes to dealing with their employees!
