I noticed last week that Northern were advertising two Meet the Directors sessions in South Yorkshire. These will take place at Sheffield station on Wednesday 19th Sept 1600-1900 and Meadowhall station on Monday 24th Sept 1500-1900. You will have the opportunity to meet the safety director Gary Stewart, the area director Richard Allen and the HR director Adrian Thompson.

I think this is down to them looking at a bid for the next franchise. Northern have recently met with various RUGs and the like about what improvements they would like to see.

The vouchers are located in the cabs on the new CSRE DMUs which Northern were promising. Next time you work one make sure you pick up some vouchers.

I wonder if they dare go into the bits of Lincolnshire where they run and face the music of some very upset passengers :-x
