I can't seem to get the northern heights working with the LT1995 stock.

I try to load up the route, and then it says train not found. So I tried installing the train in a different place, but it still doesn't help?

Anyone having the same problem who knows how to fix it?

Cheers

when you get the selected route to drive click on it
i.e high barnet
with the right button and open with notepad after a few lines it should show what train you will be driving?
delete and in put what you want to drive and save.

or go through your programopen bve4

left click on the route you want
click on explore
should give you a long list
click on trains and the list of trains you have is there
write down the train you want (on a bit of paper) then copy the steps at the top of the post

thats how i get it to work
good luck

The Northern Heights route needs to have the Northern Line Route installed as well.
The LT1995 stock should be installed in the Train Directory of the main BVE directory ie. C:\Program files\makcoy\BVE4\Train as this is where BVE will look for the train when it loads it.

Hope this helps

what do you mean tom?westcoaster's method didn't work either, there's no list for trains when you explore, and the LT1995 is already there and it's the train I want to drive...

Re-run the install and make sure the install directory is *correct*

C:\Program Files\mackoy\BVE4\Train

It's inside train, but it's also here

C:\Program Files\mackoy\BVE4\route\railway\Object\NH v2\Train

And I don't know how it got to that second path...

Hope this helps

Try installing the route to the correct folder as listed below:

C:\Program Files\mackoy\BVE4

The installer is a 3 in 1 installer, which means it includes the sound, objects and route, so you just have to install it to C:\Program Files\mackoy\BVE4 and it will works.

You have installed the route to:
C:\Program Files\mackoy\BVE4\route\railway

You should have installed the route to:
C:\Program Files\mackoy\BVE4\railway where the sounds/route files/objects go in the respective folders. The train should therefore be in C:\Program Files\mackoy\BVE4\Train
