What was the response you got mate ? It is worrying, if they just said, listen we don't know how long it will take but youll get a place on a course or similar. The silence is getting to me now.

I am thankful for the position I am in but starting to worry a bit. They do have our future in their hands.

Yeh I thought so, the actual words were given the number of people in the pool and the future forecast for requirements... which suggests to me maybe there isn't enough in the pool rather than too many as we thought

Just gotta stay positive, haven't we. Not much else we can do ! They'll pull through, on a plus note I'm hearing there's a high turnover at the Manchester depots

8ball, sorry to hear your news mate. I hope you get there eventually. Don't give up, you've passed your assessments like you say. Stay positive, theres a fair few that have failed.
