During the thick of the meltdown in March/April at Preston when Blackpool North 'reopened', and then the wider meltdown when the May 2018 TT shambles happened, we could get more sense from talking to the cab seat than from the disruption controllers. That's if we could get in touch with one at all.


No arguements here.

I felt for them a bit, knowing that every call they got would of been like pushing sand up hill but they were no use nor orinament when disruption is widespread.

Well I tried to be back then, but half the time I walked out to work a train it ended up not running.
