It's just taken me over an hour to submit a delay repay claim on Northern's claim page. It's not at all clear how, when you select "more than one ticket" you can put up photos of all of them. I used three tickets yet it kept turning to the compensation page after two. Finally managed it, I think i may have selected "amend claim", but what a longwinded way of doing it. If you back arrow you have to start from scratch again.

Also there is no facility on my account details to amend my old defunct mobile number to my current one. I just hope they don't have a problem with it.

As an aside, I love the way they illustrate the claim page with a ticket for £2291 - obviously a season ticket, but it's as if they want people to see that and think "oh well, it's not worth claiming for just a few quid".

It’s also a shame they’ve hidden the free tickets under the ‘slower’ option, so people might be less inclined to take that option. I nearly didn’t, thinking they stopped offering them.

What I found annoying was that I had to register with a separate web portal, which confused my password manager software. I managed to drill through the system to set up a claim based on two Northern issued E-tickets (uploaded the PDFs) but decided not to progress the claim for £0.96.
