Northern delay repay question

Just had a phone call from a friend asking me to download and print a Northern delay repay application form as he has no internet access, but I can't seem to find that option, only apply online or alternatively, pick up a form from a Northern operated station", which is not an option due to distance.
Is this a new policy? I'm sure I have printed them off in the past. Any suggestions how to proceed with this?
I suppose it's yet another example of the internet making life difficult.

Does your friend have email and a camera phone? I’d email the claim to delayrepay@northernrailway.co.uk (including how he wants to be paid - and if by BACS his bank details) - and a photo of the tickets attached.

Or write a letter to claim and send the tickets to Freepost NORTHERN RAILWAY or (because you can’t do proof of postage to Freepost addresses):

That’s what Jeremy Clarkson thought when he published his bank details in his Sun column. Someone then set up a direct debit to a charity for him!

You friend can simply but the details of his delayed journey into a letter stating his compensation preference. If applying by post this would be a cheque, voucher for free journey on Northern or a Rail Travel Voucher. Rail Travel Vouchers upto £50 issued by Northern can be exchanged for cash within a month at any Northern ticket office. This should be sent with the ticket to FREEPOST NORTHERN RAILWAY.

The Post Office can issue a certificate of posting for this. The procedure is for them to type FP and as much of NORTHERN RAILWAY as can be typed into the first line. In the town and postcode box they just type: X.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I have passed them on to my friend so it's up to him now whether or not he proceeds with his claim.
